Female representation in Financial Services, and particularly Investment Management, is still a significant challenge for the sector. Here at Munro, we are passionate about creating a more inclusive industry, acknowledge that change starts at home and yet we are cognisant that there is always room for improvement. Which is why we're working with Future Impact to create change for the next generation of talent in funds management. However, we don't want to lose sight of the progress we've made within the business over the last 5 years and we're proud to celebrate our staff who are achieving fantastic things both professionally and personally.
