With a wealth of experience exceeding 12 years across the Education and Not for Profit sectors, Laura is deeply passionate and curious about people and committed to fostering meaningful engagement within a high performing culture. Her expertise extends across various facets of HR, with a particular affinity for organisational development, Leadership, and career development.

Laura holds a Diploma in HR Management from RMIT and is currently on the final stretch of her Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management also at RMIT.
