Jessica is Munro Partners’ Human Resources Manager.

Jessica has over 14 years experience in recruitment and human resources with 10 years in financial services gained in Perth, London, Sydney and Melbourne.

‍As HR Manager at Munro Partners, Jessica manages the company’s people & culture function to ensure Munro meets employer legislation requirements, is providing a great place for our people to work whilst imbedding frameworks to drive a high performance culture.
Prior to joining Munro Partners, Jessica worked as the Head of People & Culture at Scottish Pacific Business Finance.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) from Edith Cowan University.
