Damien is a founder of GSFM and in 2017 was appointed CEO after 10 years as head of distribution. In this role, he is responsible for the ongoing success and growth of the business. Damien draws on his extensive experience in the financial services industry, which spans stockbroking, financial planning and funds management. He maintains many relationships with key players in the retail ‘value chain’, including research houses, platforms, dealer groups and financial advisers.

Prior to GSFM, Damien was head of distribution at Merrill Lynch Investment Management (MLIM). The MLIM business grew its assets to over $20 billion under his management.
